Join us in a tour of Richmond Old City Hall led by Glenn Suttenfield of Quinn Evans. Completed in 1894, Old City Hall served for over seven decades as Richmond’s city hall. Having survived a campaign to demolish it in the 1970’s, the building is now owned by the Commonwealth of Virginia and will serve to house components of the state government. This renovation is its first top to bottom renovation in its long history and includes installation of all new systems and elevators, resulting in modern office environments while maintaining its historic character.
Speaker: Glenn Suttenfield is a senior project manager with Quinn Evans and has overseen the renovation since construction began in early 2020.
This will be a tour of an active construction site so please bring a hard hat and vest. If you do not have either of these please reach out to info@aptdc.org.
